Meledje Trading Company S.p.A., an international company operating in the cashew and dried fruit trading sector, is looking for an International Sales to support the development of European and overseas markets.

Role Description

The selected candidate will play a key role in the international commercial expansion of the company, with a strong focus on the creation and development of a new portfolio of foreign clients from scratch.

The role requires a highly proactive commercial approach, strong relationship\-building skills and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Creation and development of a new international client portfolio

  • Active business development across European and overseas markets

  • Management and negotiation of commercial agreements with international clients

  • Participation in international trade fairs and industry events

  • Representation of the company in commercial and networking activities

  • Market analysis and identification of new growth opportunities

  • Coordination with logistics and administrative departments to ensure smooth operations

  • Development of long\-term commercial relationships with strategic partners
Mandatory Requirements
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken)

  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages is required

  • French is considered a strong plus

  • Strong commercial attitude and negotiation skills

  • International mindset and willingness to travel

  • Previous experience in the dried fruit/nuts sector is highly preferred

  • Alternatively, previous experience in the food industry is required
