As an International project manager energy transition, you will coordinate impactful battery projects across Europe and contribute directly to a more sustainable future. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with clients, engineers, and operations teams to successfully deliver innovative energy solutions.

As an International project manager energy transition you will be responsible for successfully coordinating and delivering international battery projects across the Nordics and DACH regions. You will oversee planning, quality, safety and collaboration between all stakeholders involved. At the same time you ensure projects run smoothly while providing support to clients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating international battery projects from preparation through completion;


• Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and operational progress;


• Managing internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries;


• Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as the main point of contact throughout projects;


• Collaborating with operations, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure efficient project execution;


• Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks;


• Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met throughout projects;


• Analyzing project results and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• A gross annual salary between € 4\.000 and € 4\.500;

• Has experience in project management, operations or in a similar role;


• Works independently and maintains oversight within complex international projects;


• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills;


• Has an affinity with sustainability, energy or technical services;


• Is proactive, solution\-oriented and able to perform under pressure;


• Feels comfortable working in a fast\-growing scale\-up environment;


• Has an excellent command of the English language both written and spoken;


• Preferably has experience working in an international environment.
