Your Role
As a Bilingual Health Claims Officer, you will play a key role in the support and follow\-up of expatriate members, managing health insurance contracts and medical claims with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from expatriate members and beneficiaries


• Answer coverage and contract\-related questions


• Manage health claims reimbursements


• Support members with administrative and medical procedures abroad


• Maintain accurate case follow\-up in internal systems


• Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare partners to ensure a smooth customer journey

Profile

• Fluent English \& French required (additional languages are a strong asset)


• Customer service experience, ideally in a back\-office or health insurance environment


• Strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail


• Comfortable working in an international and structured setting


• 2–5 years of experience preferred
