Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate global trends as well as future market opportunities
- Further develop and implement the innovation strategy

- Build and foster a sustainable innovation culture
- Develop and maintain international innovation networks and open innovation partnerships
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment
- Completed education (e.g., in Innovation Management, Industrial Engineering, Technology, or a comparable field), ideally combining a technical background with further training in innovation management
- Several years of experience in an international innovation or transformation environment
- Strong understanding of digitalization, new business models, and technological trends
- Experience in workshop facilitation, design thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Software skills are an advantage
- A solution\-oriented, communicative personality with a strong drive for implementation
- Agile, role\-based working with a high level of personal responsibility
- Broad scope for shaping and contributing, instead of rigid hierarchies
- Extensive training and development opportunities
- Exciting international projects with real impact
- Health and fitness programs, including mental well\-being support
- Family\-friendly culture \& flexible leave models
- Sustainable workplace with good public transport connections
- Canteen, mobility subsidies, bike leasing, and much more
