Your responsibilities

As an international Event Manager (f/m/x) in Healthcare, you will drive the successful implementation of EMEA\-wide event concepts and play a key role in strengthening our brand presence across the region. You act as a central coordinator between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring impactful and high\-quality event experiences.

Your key responsibilities include

  • Driving the implementation of EMEA\-wide event concepts in close collaboration with a highly motivated team of event managers

  • Supporting the strategic development of regional event formats and activities in alignment with marketing campaigns and business objectives

  • Planning, coordinating and executing international events, congresses and tradeshows, including all pre\- and post\-event activities

  • Acting as a central interface between internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing teams across business lines) and external partners such as agencies, congress organizers and booth builders

  • Managing multiple complex event projects simultaneously, ensuring structured planning, prioritization and on\-time delivery

  • Steering external vendors, including contract negotiations, budget control, space planning and service delivery

  • Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of EMEA\-wide event activities based on defined KPIs and budgets, deriving recommendations for continuous improvement
This position is limited until 31 December 2027\. The job is based in Hamburg.

Your profile

You are a strong match if you are a confident and structured personality who thrives in an international environment and enjoys taking ownership of complex projects. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:

  • Degree in event management, marketing, communication or a comparable field

  • 2\+ years of working experience in event management, ideally in B2B or healthcare with exposure to congresses

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to structure, prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • Confident and assertive personality with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills in an international environment

  • Good understanding of marketing requirements and brand\-driven event execution combined with a quick grasp of new and complex topics

  • Structured, analytical and target\-oriented working style

  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
