Full\-time permanent position
This operational role offers a highly international working environment, working alongside in more than 80 countries. Reporting to the Network Director, you will collaborate closely with HEC Alumni, HEC Paris and the HEC Foundation to strengthen one of the world's leading alumni communities.
The position is based between HEC Alumni's offices in central Paris and the HEC Paris campus in Jouy\-en\-Josas, with occasional travel in France and internationally.

HEC Alumni's network brings together more than 100 geographical communities — 80 international chapters and 28 regional clubs across France — creating opportunities for alumni to connect wherever they live
These communities are brought to life by hundreds of volunteers who create opportunities for alumni to reconnect with their School, expand their networks and support one another throughout their professional lives.
As International Engagement Manager, you will help create the conditions for geographical communities to thrive. You will accompany volunteer leaders, develop new engagement initiatives and lead strategic projects that shape the future of HEC Alumni's network.

What is the role?
The International Engagement Manager will focus on four main areas of responsibility:
- Strengthen engagement across HEC Alumni's international network, developing initiatives, communications and projects that connect alumni around the world.
- Support and empower volunteer leaders, helping them build vibrant local communities and deliver meaningful experiences for alumni.
- Support and coordinate actions/events for Regional Connectors, strengthening HEC Alumni’s presence around France and in 7 other regions around the world while continually improving the volunteer leader experience.
- Lead strategic chapter engagement projects in support of the Chapter Engagement Branch of the Network Commission.
Build engagement across our chapter network (25k strong community)
- Design and implement communication and engagement initiatives that strengthen connections between alumni and HEC Alumni.
- Develop projects that respond to the evolving needs of alumni wherever they live.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement and reinforce links among alumni, HEC Alumni, HEC Paris and the HEC Foundation.
- Contribute to the visibility and impact of chapter activities across the network.
- Accompany Chapter Presidents throughout their volunteer journey, from onboarding to leadership succession.
- Develop toolkits, resources and best practices that help chapters become increasingly autonomous.
- Organise webinars, workshops and networking opportunities that bring volunteer leaders together.
- Support chapter elections and volunteer recruitment.
- Encourage innovation while aligning chapter activities with HEC Alumni's strategic priorities.
- Support Regional Connectors in 8 regions around the world as they develop regional engagement strategies and roll out annual action plans.
- Organize quarterly regional coordination meetings and follow up on action points.
- Support the organization of regional flagship events.
- Encourage the exchange of best practices and highlight successful chapter initiatives across the network.
- Own the continuous improvement of the chapter leader experience by identifying recurring pain points raised by Regional Connectors, coordinating solutions across HEC Alumni teams, and ensuring their effective implementation.
- Support the Chapter Engagement Branch of the Network Commission in delivering its strategic roadmap.
- Coordinate strategic projects involving volunteers and internal stakeholders across HEC Alumni, HEC Paris and the HEC Foundation.

Profile
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum three years' experience in project management, community management, stakeholder engagement or a similar role.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English.
- Comfortable working in an international environment with volunteers.
- Proficiency in using multiple communication channels and AI\-powered tools
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Valid work permit for France.
