Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONSYou will join the "International Coordination" team within the Acquisition \& Strategic Finance (ASF) department of Natixis' Investment Banking / Real Asset (IB/RA) division. In this team, you coordinate the activity of international teams based in Europe, Asia and the US in terms of leveraged finance (LBO), corporate acquisition finance and private equity sponsor finance (NAV financing).

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Support ASF’s management and origination teams to achieve business development objectives;


• Supporting teams in the context of new transactions;


• Ensure good control of risks and propose recommendations on transactions presented to commercial and credit committees;

Develop ASF’s market intelligence on leveraged finance.

• Perspectives and strengths of the position:


• A senior role to support the implementation of the strategic plan;


• A global vision of the LBO market across all jurisdictions;

Direct and daily contact with the management of ASF and the IB/RA.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

About you: If this is your description, you are made to work with us!

With a higher education, you have at least 8 years of experience in investment banking and structured finance.

You master:

• Business financing;


• Credit analysis;


• Structuring and products on the Leveraged Finance market.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:

• Recognized for your ability to work in a team;


• Proactive and rigorous.

You master English with a C2 level.
