Role:
We are looking for an International Content and Localisation Executive to join the team. Reporting to the Marketing Director but working with the Research Director and Marketing Manager this new role will be responsible for ensuring that the Gold News and marketing guide content of our international websites, social media channels and marketing emails align with our English content.
The ideal candidate will be a self\-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and different tools to ensure BullionVault’s language and tone of voice of marketing material is carried over from English to all other languages.
Your core duties will include:
- Identify the localisation tools that enable the highest quality localisation whilst integrating efficiently with our CMS, social media distribution and email platforms
- Ensure all new English Gold News and marketing guide content is localised and then published on our non\-English language websites
- Identify elements within the content that are particularly relevant to specific markets to bring those elements to the foreground for local market interest
- Editing and writing will be required to ensure the localised Gold News articles feature content relevant for the target market/language
- SEO/AIO \- ensure all localised content is correctly optimised prior to publication e.g. meta data, schema code, hreflang data
- Social Media – audit all local language social media channels to identify missing opportunities and develop a plan to enable all local social media channels to be quickly and easily updated via a central tool such as Loomly
- Ensure that all newly localised and published Gold News articles are shared via international social media channels
- Ensure that tracking is in place to identify which social media posts are driving the most clicks and traffic
- Monitor and report on growing social media engagement
- PR – liaise with local agencies to localise and distribute high interest articles/infographics beyond social media channels
- Video – work with the Marketing Manager to enable videos to be quickly localised and shared across local social media platforms
- Identify the best performing existing English language content and prioritise the localisation, publishing and sharing via social media
- Email – using available tools localise English language emails
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
- Great communicator – you will work with the marketing team, customer service country managers and tech team
- Native proficiency in English, with excellent writing and editing skills to adapt content to local market audiences
- Fluent in at least 1 of French, German, Italian, Spanish or Polish
- Able to work quickly to localise, review and publish time sensitive content
- Understanding of regulation and compliance surrounding the communication of financial services
- Experienced in using AI localisation and translation tools
- Experienced in using different CMS \& publishing tools such as Drupal, Datawrapper \& Google Visualisation
- Experience of editing HTML code
- Experience of working with external agencies
- Understanding of SEO
- Experience (but not expert) of using analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console and Social Media Analytics tools would be helpful
- General interest in investment markets and the economic landscape
- Solid grasp of Excel

Salary: £32,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
