About this Role:
This growth role provides a unique opportunity to work with the people behind some of the world’s best brands. At the heart of our fast\-growing business, the ideal candidate will offer a first class experience in both candidate and account management, stay up to date with industry trends and identify new sale opportunities. Additionally, as part of the Perpetual: Delivery Team, this person will contribute to special projects including: creating best practices in developing processes for a growing team, improving internal processes and general support.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain an International talent network by identifying, approaching, and engaging active and passive candidates across leading and innovative brands

  • Conduct meaningful conversations and strong relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations and motivations

  • Drive targeted sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, direct outreach) to attract high\-quality profiles and support hiring decisions

  • Ensure a smooth and high\-quality candidate experience by managing the recruitment process end\-to\-end with rigor and attention to detail

  • Manage communication with internal team and external clients to ensure a best\-in\-class experience with Perpetual:

  • Conduct market research and partner with the business development team to identify leads that can be converted into commercial opportunities

  • Develop strong expertise in the consumer goods market and recruitment trends

  • Contribute to special projects as needed, including events, marketing campaigns, and general team support

  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast\-paced and demanding environment

  • Support the visibility and growth of Perpetual through marketing initiatives and innovative projects.
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred); a background in HR, Psychology or Business is a plus

  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus

  • Strong communication skills and genuine interest in building relationships

  • Extremely motivated, with a strong work ethic and demonstrated teamwork

  • Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Interest in recruitment, people\-focused roles, and client interaction

  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow in the role

About the recruitment process:
You will take part in three interviews with different members of the Perpetual team. This will allow you to learn more about our company and way of working, while we get to know you better.
