International Business Development Manager
For our partner Glaciant in China, Nine United is seeking an experienced business development manager to develop and drive Glaciant’s sales efforts in Europe. This role will be key to expanding Glaciant’s market reach by developing and managing strategic sales partnerships with agents, EPCs, distributors and key accounts.
The position is based in Horsens, Denmark, though location is flexible for the ideal candidate. Our new colleague will be supported by our office in Horsens from where we are dedicated to providing the best services within finance, management, IT, legal, sustainability and HR to our companies in the Nine United family. On a daily basis, the business development manager will be working closely with our office in Horsens, our office in Shanghai and the Glaciant management team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy targeting high\-potential markets in Europe and beyond
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities
- Identify and establish partnerships with key agents, EPCs, distributors and large accounts
- Foster strong relationships with industry leaders in cooling / heating in data centres, reefer containers, trains, pharma and other relevant sectors to drive sales growth
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share in line with company goals
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record in industrial B2B sales, particularly in the cooling or related industries
- BSc in engineering within refrigeration, thermodynamics or heat transmission is preferred, but for the right candidate, electrical\-, process\- or mechanical engineering will also be considered
- Solid network of contacts within data centres, reefer container transport or rail transport is a plus
- Strong business development skills with a successful history of building and maintaining long\-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus
