The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting existing customers while helping to grow the branch's sales. You will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone, by email and on the trade counter
- Advise customers on the best products and solutions for their requirements
- Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on enquiries
- Represent the business in a professional and confident manner
- £32,000 - £36,000 starting salary

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and providing excellent customer service. You'll ideally have:
- Sales experience within industrial electrical wholesale, or a background in industrial or electrical products with a strong commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach and confident telephone manner
- The ability to learn quickly and thrive in a busy environment
