Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer\-focused Internal Sales to support our General Manager and Sales Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of the company.

Due to business demands, we are looking for someone who is available for an immediate or quick start. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' sales experience. Experience within hydraulics or hydraulic components is not essential, as full product and industry training will be provided.

This is primarily an office\-based role involving telephone, email, and computer\-based sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing and potential clients to promote our products and services via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely follow\-up and resolution of queries or issues

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using IT systems

  • Support the organisation’s overall sales targets through effective time management and organisational skills
Requirements
  • Experience in B2B sales or internal sales roles, with strong negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong IT literacy, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite

  • Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Good time management skills to prioritise workload effectively

  • Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment
