Are you a commercially driven account manager who thrives on building strong customer relationships and delivering profitable growth? We are looking for an Internal Account Manager to join our Retail Sales team on a 6\-month fixed\-term contract.
In this role, you will provide strategic, desk\-based account management and business development support to our national and multi\-chain retail customers. Working across Drive's full portfolio of products and services, you will develop collaborative business plans, strengthen customer relationships, increase category penetration, and identify new growth opportunities.
You will be responsible for managing and developing key retail accounts, achieving revenue, margin and profitability targets, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional service experience. Using CRM and business intelligence tools, you will maintain accurate account plans, monitor performance, identify market trends, and provide valuable commercial insights to help drive business success.
We're looking for a motivated sales professional who can demonstrate a strong track record of achieving commercial targets in a retail or account management environment. You will be confident influencing buying decisions, building relationships at all levels, and managing multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication, planning, analytical and organisational skills are essential, alongside a customer\-first approach and a passion for delivering results.

This hybrid role offers flexibility, with a typical working pattern of two days in the office and three days working from home, plus occasional customer visits.
