This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of client relationships and become a trusted partner, supporting service delivery while identifying opportunities to add value. You’ll work closely with clients across multiple sectors, ensuring high standards of service and helping to strengthen long-term partnerships. Responsibilities of an Internal Account Manager:
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts, including multi-site clients

  • Acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor

  • Overseeing service delivery from job creation through to completion and financial close

  • Identifying opportunities to introduce additional or enhanced services

  • Producing clear, high-quality technical and commercial reports

  • Supporting account growth alongside the Business Development team

  • Coordinating smaller projects, pricing, and quotations

  • Handling client queries and issues professionally and proactively

  • Visiting client sites across the UK to build strong working relationships

  • Supporting emergency response activity when required

  • Upsell new products and services to your existing accounts

Requirements of an Internal Account Manager:
