RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the monitoring of sales trends and assist in updating forecasts to help mitigate stock availability risks.


• Assist in maintaining accurate SAP parameters under supervision.


• Support the preparation of Operations purchase orders based on SAP calculations and operational inputs.


• Follow up on delivery status with the Central Warehouse and Global Transportation teams.


• Assist in analyzing order fill rates and identifying potential improvement areas.


• Provide support in the management of product novelties and promotional activities.


• Support the centralization and follow\-up of Non\-Core Categories processes.


• Contribute to KPI analysis and reporting using standard tools (e.g., Insights).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.


• Analytical mindset with interest in data and problem\-solving.


• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.


• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems (e.g., SAP).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.


• Fluent in English and Spanish.
