About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern / Appointment Setter Intern to support our international business development efforts across the UK, USA, Europe, and Middle East markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for students, recent graduates, and aspiring sales professionals who want hands\-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, prospecting, appointment setting, and international business development within the Technology, Software Development, AI, Cloud, and Global Capability Center (GCC) sectors.
You will work directly with the Founder and gain exposure to international sales processes, modern sales tools, and executive\-level prospecting.
Internship Details
- Duration: 4–6 Months
- Location: Remote
- Internship Type: Part\-Time or Full\-Time
- Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (UK Time)
- Commitment: 4 Hours per Day
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time)
- Commitment: 8 Hours per Day
- 5% commission on all new business generated from opportunities originated by you
- Commission payable on the client’s first invoice received by the company
- No cap on earnings
- Research target companies and decision\-makers
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other sales tools
- Conduct LinkedIn, email, and outbound outreach campaigns
- Support cold\-calling and appointment\-setting activities
- Qualify prospects and identify business opportunities
- Schedule meetings with CEOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, Head of Product, and COO\-level executives
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
- Assist with market research and sales campaign execution
- Support the growth of our GCC and offshore engineering services business
- Strong written and spoken English
- Interest in B2B sales, technology, or business development
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking
- Self\-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
- Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or CRM tools is a plus but not required
