The primary function is to complete tasks assigned and to ask questions to improve and increase the knowledge about the Power Systems.</p>

<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: </strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of the Power Systems Division.</li>
<li>Rotates through HPS divisions to better understand the Power Systems business.</li>
<li>Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions.</li>
<li>Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems specific to the industry.</li>
<li>Assists with daily tasks by department.</li>
<li>Learning technical skills related to the industry.</li>
<li>Perform any job that may be assigned as necessary to meet the company, department or individual goals and objectives</li>
</ol>

<p><strong>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>High School Diploma preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>A desire to learn and take initiative with problem solving.</li>
</ol>
<p>4.PC skills required.</p>
<p>5.Must have a valid California Class C Driver’s License.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Walking and moving about on foot often up and down stairs.</li>
<li>Handling: Works with hands.</li>
<li>Lifting: May lift up to 30 lbs.</li>
<li>Reaching: Extends hands and arms in any direction.</li>
<li>Stooping: Bends body downward and forward by bending at knees or waist.</li>
<li>Standing: Remains in standing position, if required to perform various functions of the job.</li>
<li>Vision: Reads paperwork, and records on the computer.</li>
<li>Talking: Communicates via telecommunications and in person.</li>

<p><strong>ENVIRONMENTAL:</strong> </p>

<li>Noise: Works in conditions with constant or intermittent noise.</li>
<li>Temp/Weather: Works in a warehouse and outside with variations of temperature and weather.</li>
<li>Exposure: Foul odors, fumes, and harsh substances.</li>
