To support our Performance Marketing \- SEA team we are searching for a

Performance Marketing Intern \- SEA (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the setup, management, and continuous optimization of large\-scale, multi\-market SEA campaigns across key search platforms such as Google Ads.


• Analyze campaign performance metrics and market trends to deliver strategic recommendations that drive new customer acquisition.


• Support the planning and execution of product\- and market\-specific initiatives.


• Test and refine compelling ad copy and visual ad content tailored to high\-value luxury audience segments.


• Contribute to day\-to\-day SEA operations and support ad\-hoc quantitative analyses, as well as the setup and evaluation of A/B tests.


• Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and SEA best practices.


• Collaborate cross\-functionally with internal stakeholders, including Performance Marketing, Analytics, and Tech teams, as well as external partners such as Google LCS.

WHO YOU ARE

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, or looking to embark on a new professional path.


• Solid theoretical understanding of SEA principles and performance marketing channels; practical experience with Google Ads is a plus.


• Strong analytical skills and a data\-driven mindset.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; experience with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio) is beneficial.


• Proactive, solution\-oriented mindset with a strong passion for digital innovation and continuous learning.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.


• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
