Job Summary
As a Marketing Intern at PELI, you will join a fast\-paced and innovative environment where creativity meets technology. You will support the development, management, and analysis of marketing initiatives that strengthen PELI’s leadership across multiple markets. This internship offers a hands\-on experience, combining traditional marketing disciplines with emerging tools such as Artificial Intelligence and data\-driven automation to help optimise performance and content creation.
You will not be “just an intern”, but an active member of the team contributing to real projects that shape how PELI communicates, engages, and grows.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
- Social Media Management: Contribute to content creation and scheduling across PELI’s official channels to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
- Market \& Performance Analysis: Support data collection and reporting using analytical and AI\-enhanced tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate insights that drive smarter marketing decisions.
- AI in Marketing: Collaborate in testing and applying Artificial Intelligence tools for content generation, audience segmentation, and campaign automation under the guidance of the Marketing team.
- Creative Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions and the development of new ideas for brand storytelling, visual content, and digital engagement.
- Cross\-functional Coordination: Work closely with product, sales, and digital teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Passion for marketing, creativity, and emerging technologies.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, etc.) and curiosity for AI tools applied to marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with interest in learning data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish or other European languages are a plus).
- Team\-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
