Completed business school (e.g., HAK)

Very good English and German language skills

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus

Friendly and professional demeanor

You demonstrate a strong service orientation and very good communication skills.

Strong aptitude for numbers and attention to detail

High level of commitment and ability to work well in a team

Your Responsibilities:

Internship (40 hours/week), from July to August 2026

Greeting national and international guests

Serving as the primary point of contact at the front desk

Handling telephone inquiries in German and English

Organizing and maintaining physical and digital archives

Sorting and filing documents systematically

Assisting with inventory and archive maintenance

Handling archive boxes and occasional work on ladders

Handling correspondence between colleagues and customers

Coordinating all mail and shipping activities within the company

Performing general administrative tasks and supporting the on\-site team

For this position we offer a

market\-compliant salary of

EUR 2\.005,\- gross per

month. However, an overpay is possible

according to qualification and experience.
