We're looking for a motivated and driven Intern Network Planning (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. You will join our international Team Network Planning – Europe West (Iberia, France, BeNeLux)
This position is based in our Lisbon office (hybrid model - 2/3 times per week in the office):
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Full-time curricular/non-curricular internship: 40 hours per week</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Duration: 6 months (can be extended based on mutual agreement)</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Start date: ideally Oct-Nov </li>
</ul>
About the Role
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform data entry, tracking, and validation across tools (Excel, Planning tools, Salesforce, backend systems, etc.), including regular data updates and quality checks</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Support preparation of presentations, reports, analyses, and maps</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the team in network planning activities in order to open sales and adapt our offer to transportation demand</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Take meeting notes, clean up content, and provide concise summaries</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the analysis of our network with various datasets and reports in order to continuously improve our service</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare important documentation for the authorization of new bus lines</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide operational support throughout the annual timeline </li>
</ul>
About You
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Enrolled student or graduate in Transportation Planning, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Urban Planning, Geography, Tourism or similar</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Solid Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex charts), user experience with PowerBI is a strong plus</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">You're passionate about the transportation sector and show a keen interest in schedule and network planning</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical skills, readiness of mind and a goal-driven personality</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluent (B2-C1) in English, all other European languages are considered as a plus</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Accurate work style as well as strong communication skills</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ready to work 40 hours per week</li>
</ul>
