We are looking for you to join our team in the Controlling Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a Intern – Controlling Department (f/m/d) as soon as possible. Our company headquarters will relocate to Eschborn in summer 2026, and your primary workplace will move to Eschborn from that time onward.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Assist with budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing cost analysis
- Prepare performance reports and presentations for management
- Analyze sales, margin, and cost developments across regions and business units
- Maintain and update controlling tools, databases, and dashboards
- Support process optimization initiatives within the controlling team
- Conduct ad\-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decisions
- Collaborate closely with Finance and other departments
What you bring:
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
- Structured, proactive, and detail\-oriented working style
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Passion for outdoor lifestyle and interest in working in the outdoor industry
