Intern Administrator LNG & LPG Operations (f/m/d)

Are you ready to gain hands\-on experience in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment? Join Axpo Solutions AG as an Intern Administrator LNG \& LPG Operations and work closely with our dynamic LNG and LPG Operations Team. You’ll play a key role in managing daily requests from internal stakeholders while contributing to the development of processes and projects that drive efficiency and quality.

What you will do:

• Systematically maintain contractual documentation, both physically and electronically, in line with Axpo’s record management guidelines.


• Manage central contracts related to Trading, Scheduling, and Regulatory Reporting.


• Coordinate processes and ensure seamless information flow to relevant stakeholders.


• Contribute to the design and development of the department’s process landscape, proposing improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.


• Provide conceptual and supportive input to internal and external projects, collaborating with business experts on respective systems.


• Update internal trading systems after the completion of loading/discharging shipping operations.


• Archive all relevant documentation related to each shipping operation.

What you bring \& who you are:

• Education: University degree (Bachelor, Master, or higher) in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in a Business Administration role (relevant training will be provided).


• Skills:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Team\-oriented mindset with perseverance and the ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment.
+ Detail\-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
+ Strong problem\-solving, conceptual, and communication skills.
+ Self\-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new tools and analytical techniques.

• Languages: Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a plus.
