Our client, Suffolk County Council, is seeking an agency Team Manager for its Integrated Front Door / MASH role.

The assignment will last at least 3 months, paid at £45.50 per hour.

The office is based in Ipswich.

The role will involve the following:

  • Managing Safeguarding triage

  • Overseeing complex / high-risk cases

  • Leading the team

  • Providing supervision and coaching

  • Quality assurance and performance oversight

  • Location: Landmark house, Ipswich, IP1 5PF

  • Hybrid: 3 days on site and 2 days WFH.

Requirements of the role:
  • Qualified Social Worker

  • Fully Social Work England registered

  • 3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)

  • Must have Team Manager experience.

  • Must have MASH / Front Door knowledge and skills
