Interim Reward Lead
We are supporting a leading organisation through a short-term Reward project and are seeking an experienced Reward professional with strong job evaluation expertise using the Mercer methodology.
This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role where you will play a key part in ensuring consistency and fairness across role structures during a period of organisational focus on reward frameworks.

Description
This is a hands-on short-term Reward assignment with a clear focus on job evaluation and benchmarking activity.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading job evaluation processes using the Mercer methodology (essential)
- Reviewing and evaluating existing role profiles to ensure alignment and consistency
- Working closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to gather role information and context
- Supporting the refinement and application of reward frameworks and grading structures
- Providing guidance and insight on job levelling and internal equity
- Ensuring robust documentation and governance across evaluation processes
- Contributing to short-term project objectives within a defined time frame
Profile
We are keen to speak with experienced Reward professionals who offer:
- Proven experience in job evaluation using the Mercer methodology (essential)
- A strong background in reward, compensation, or organisational design
- Experience working within project-based or interim roles
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across HR and the wider business
- A detail-oriented approach with strong analytical capability
- Confidence in working independently within a remote environment
- Immediate or short notice availability is highly desirable - start first of June is essential.
- Day Rate (outside IR35) Competitive, dependent on experience (DOE)
- Contract: Short-term assignment
