Pay Rates: £425 per day.
Information the Role
We are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to lead a CQC-regulated Short Breaks Service supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
This is a key leadership role requiring a strong and visible manager who can ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Take overall responsibility for the management of a CQC-regulated service
- Ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards and relevant legislation
- Lead safeguarding, risk management, governance, and incident response processes
- Manage and develop staff teams to deliver outstanding care and support
- Maintain high standards of care, safety, and service quality
- Oversee care planning, record keeping, audits, and performance monitoring
- Manage service delivery in line with operational and budgetary requirements
- Build effective relationships with families, professionals, and partner agencies
- Support continuous service improvement and positive outcomes for service users
- Experience as a Registered Manager or in a comparable senior leadership role within adult social care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, inspection frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Proven safeguarding, risk management, and governance experience
- Strong leadership, staff management, and service delivery skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound operational decisions
- Enhanced DBS required
- Participation in an on-call rota may be required
- Experience of service improvement, stabilisation, or turnaround projects
- Availability to start at short notice
- 24 hour one on one specialist consultant based within your geographical area
