This is an exciting opportunity to join a global manufacturing firm based in Hyde, Greater Manchester who are currently going through a period of change and transformation.

Description

The Interim Payroll Manager role is an immediate start temp role for 3 months initially and will be 1-2 days per week in the Hyde office or can be fully remote. The role will be stand alone reporting to the Financial Controller- Key duties will include:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.


• Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions for employees.


• Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.


• Ensure compliance with tax and pension contributions.


• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate employee records.


• Oversee payroll audits and implement improvements where needed.


• Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and ensure adherence.


• Train and support junior payroll staff as required.

In order to apply for the role you must:

Be an experienced Payroll Manager

Must have Itrent or People First system experience

Be able to consider a temporary role initially

Be available for an immediate start
