Interim Management Accountant

A well-established and growing manufacturing business is seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team on a 15 Month fixed-term contract basis (Maternity Cover) . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accountant to take ownership within a broad and commercially focused role, supporting both day-to-day finance operations and ongoing business improvements.

Responsibilities:
As an Interim Management Accountant, you will...

• Production of monthly management accounts, including stock valuation, COGS analysis, group consolidations, and detailed balance sheet and P&L reviews.


• Managing monthly payroll processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across the business.


• Driving continuous improvement through the implementation of new systems, process enhancements, and operational efficiencies.


• Supporting and mentoring junior finance team members, providing guidance across day-to-day accounting activities and month-end processes.


• Partnering with stakeholders and external auditors to deliver insightful financial analysis and management information to support strategic decision making.

Requirement:
As an Interim Management Accountant, you will need..

• ACCA, ACA, CIMA Full qualification or QBE


• Previous experience in a similar role with previous manufacturing experience
