Internal Communications Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Strong Benefits

Length: 6 months to 12 months - potential for permanent

Time in Office: Hybrid, ideally 3 days in

Industry: Financial Services

Working for a household name in the financial services space, you'll lead the delivery and implementation of comms plans in your area, managing day to day use of comms channels.

*Must be available to start in September or early October at the latest*

We are Looking For:

  • Proven internal communications experience within complex organisations.

  • Experience in financial services or a regulated environment is highly desirable, though backgrounds of doing comms in other large businesses would be considered.

  • Strong delivery skills across multiple communication channels.

  • Confident stakeholder manager, providing clear and practical advice at all levels.

  • Experience supporting and developing others to build capability.

  • Excellent communication skills, translating complex information into engaging messages.

  • Good understanding of internal communication channels and best practice.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, able to manage competing priorities. Collaborative, pragmatic and detail-oriented, with sound judgement.
