We are recruiting for an experienced Interim Manager to join an organisation in Birmingham from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and adaptable manager who can hit the ground running, provide strong leadership, and support the organisation through a key period.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day\-to\-day operational leadership and management.


• Lead and support teams to achieve organisational objectives.

• Ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance.

About You

• Previous experience in an Interim or Senior Management position.


• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.


• Able to work independently and make sound decisions.


• A flexible, solutions\-focused approach with the ability to adapt quickly.
