Are you an experienced Interim Head of Payroll and Reward looking for your next long-term Interim contract?

West Midlands base - 3 days on-site

£90-100k + Benefits

12 Months FTC - Start ASAP

As Interim Head of Payroll and Reward you will oversee Group-wide reward, payroll, pensions and benefits agenda.

This will include leading on payroll transformation, developing reward frameworks, overseeing pay reviews and benefits programmes, and ensure strong governance, compliance and data-driven decision-making across the Group.

You will have:

• Significant experience leading reward, payroll, pensions and benefits functions.


• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, reward governance and compliance.


• Experience delivering transformation, pay reviews and reward programmes.


• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders and Trade Unions.


• Strong analytical and commercial capability, with HRIS/payroll systems experience.
