Interim Finance Manager \- North Birmingham

The role of Interim Finance Manager:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, budget, and forecast monitoring reports

  • Carry out month and year\-end procedures including PO reconciliation, prepayments, accruals, and income tracking

  • Lead monthly meetings to discuss budget management and forecasting

  • Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts

  • Carry out supplier checks and other back\-office checks as required

  • Management and development of one member of staff

The ideal Interim Finance Manager:
  • Experienced finance manager able to act as the main point of contact for on\-site leadership and the senior finance team

  • Strong financial monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting skills

A public sector organisation in north Birmingham. Assignment expected to last until end of August.
