Interim Finance Manager

Mitchell Adam are supporting a growing and ambitious logistics business with their search for an Interim Finance Manager to join the leadership team. Having experienced significant growth over recent years, the company is investing in its finance function to support the next phase of expansion.

This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across financial reporting, commercial finance, operational support and process improvement. Working closely with the SLT you will play a key role with providing financial insight, driving efficiencies and support strategic decision making.

Ideally, you will:

• Be an experienced Finance Manager, either qualified by experience or with relevant qualifications (ACCA, ACA or CIMA).


• Have experience working within an operationally focused environment, ideally within logistics, distribution or manufacturing.


• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
