The Role:

The integration advisory team owns the global responsibility for training, documentation and advisory for WMS/WCS software implementations towards the AutoStore. The integration advisory team is under Product Readiness in our Product organization. The team is currently located in Europe and in the US, and we are hiring a position located in Europe.

The integration advisory team’s mission is to increase WMS/WCS implementation quality and customer satisfaction through AutoStore API programming training and knowledge sharing. In this role, you will be creating, coordinating and executing training for software integrators globally, as well as co\-owning the interface portal and integrator support channels. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between software integrators and AutoStore, enabling customers to maximize their AutoStore efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of software development, strong experience in AutoStore or WMS integration, and an understanding of logistics in a warehouse.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Design, coordinate, and execute software integration trainings both in\-house and at integrator's locations. Travel will mainly be within Europe.

  • Maintain and develop the integration portal in collaboration with the R\&D Cube Control software team.

  • Work directly with our integrators and build partnerships with their teams.

Key Qualifications:
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience, ideally within warehouse automation, logistics technology, or similar systems

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes

  • Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, or automation software is considered a plus

  • Basic understanding of software development concepts, including system architecture and integrations (you will collaborate closely with software integrators)

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver training and support end users

  • Fluency in English is essential to succeed in this role
