The Role
You will handle inbound enquiries from high-net-worth customers, providing tailored motor insurance solutions with a consultative, customer-focused approach. Working with prestige vehicles and complex policies, you’ll deliver a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke motor insurance quotes to high-net-worth clients
- Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service
- Convert warm leads into sales through confident communication and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate records and follow FCA and compliance procedures
- Work towards achievable monthly targets with a rewarding bonus structure
- Experience in insurance sales is essential

- Ability to work confidently with prestige vehicle policies
- Acturis experience is advantageous
