We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated, people\-focused Sales Executives who are ready to build lasting relationships, deliver great service, and achieve fantastic results.

What You’ll Do

• Contact and build positive relationships with potential clients and insurers


• Conduct engaging fact\-finding conversations to understand client needs


• Recommend suitable health insurance policies from top UK providers


• Convert leads into successful sales while maintaining FCA compliance

What You’ll Bring

• Previous sales experience (telephone\-based preferred)


• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls in a target\-driven environment


• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills


• Self\-motivated, ambitious, and resilient attitude


• Excellent time management and organisation


• Financial services experience is a plus but not essential
