- Basic understanding of the insurance market, practices and regulations
- Experience interpreting insurance documentation and data
- Exposure to underwriting administration or insurance operations
- Processing London Market insurance underwriting data in line with established procedures
- Analysing technical underwriting information and supporting documentation
- Calculating premiums, limits, deductions and other technical transactions
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy while meeting service level agreements and performance targets
- Building professional relationships with client contacts and stakeholders Supporting multiple client accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams Contributing to a positive team culture and sharing knowledge with colleagues Taking ownership of personal development and continuously enhancing technical skills
