Content Developer \- Safety Training

We are seeking a creative and detail\-oriented Content Developer to create engaging safety compliance training materials. The ideal candidate will combine instructional design expertise with multimedia development skills to produce effective learning content.

What You'll Do:

Create storyboards and scripts for training content

Edit videos and develop interactive learning materials

Build e\-learning modules using Articulate Storyline/Camtasia

Work with subject matter experts to ensure accurate content

Design PowerPoint presentations for training purposes

Required Skills:

3\+ years content development experience

Intermediate skills in Articulate Storyline or Camtasia

Video editing experience

Strong PowerPoint skills

Clear writing and communication abilities

Attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects

Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts to define learning objectives.

Proven competence using a Learning Management System (LMS)

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast\-paced, multi\-tasked, high energy environment. They will be a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for helping people learn and for finding simple ways to convey complex ideas.

You have some or all of the following: knowledge and application of instructional theories, adult learning, on the job learning, knowledge management theories, and principles in both on\-line and classroom instruction. You have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
