About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high\-quality results in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment.
Location: Waddinxveen
Job Functions:
- Delivery Planning \& Execution
- Develop and execute daily delivery plans to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment;
- Monitor delivery progress and resolve exceptions to improve overall efficiency.
- Operations Process Optimization Analyze delivery workflows to identify efficiency bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives;
- Promote standardized operating procedures and continuously optimize service processes.
- Performance Monitoring \& Data Analysis Track key operational KPIs such as on\-time delivery rate, delivery cost, and exception rate;
- Prepare operational reports and provide data\-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Cross\-functional Coordination Work closely with warehouse, customer service, product, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues; Maintain effective communication with regional or city\-level teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Customer Experience Management Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to delivery services;
- Propose and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration;
- Relevant experience in logistics, delivery, or operations management (3\+ years)
- Solid understanding of delivery operations, supply chain processes, and operational KPIs;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools for data analysis and reporting;
- Experience with ERP, dispatching systems, or delivery management systems is a plus.
