Installation Engineer Mate

Job Summary
We are seeking a semi skilled assistant installation engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be practical and be able to use basic hand and power tools. The successful candidate will work closely with a qualified installation engineer and would be a crucial part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and assembly of mechanical systems, including air handling units, ducting and Spraybooth/Oven enclosures


• Work the required hours to ensure installations are carried out within the required timescales

• Proven experience of assisting with the installation of mechanical systems, maintenance, or repair.


• Basic knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints preferred.


• Basic to good understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.


• Relevant qualifications or certifications in mechanical engineering or related fields are advantageous.


• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy equipment and working at heights if required.


• Able to travel and work nationwide, with regular over night stays


• Valid driving licence is required to attend customers sites.
