We're looking for an Insight Planner to join a new multidisciplinary team driving insight-led decision-making in a large, complex organisation.

As the sole Insight Planner, you'll shape how insight is used - turning data into clear narratives that influence strategy, product direction, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities • Synthesize qualitative, quantitative, and behavioural data into clear, actionable insights

• Create compelling presentations and strategic recommendations


• Identify patterns and opportunities across multiple data sources


• Collaborate with research, product, design, and delivery teams


• Support user-centred approaches and strategic decision-making


• Help define and build the Insight Planning capability

About You • Strong experience translating complex data into insightful narratives

• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills


• Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams


• Strategic thinker with experience in complex organisations


• Self-starter who can shape ways of working

Background Likely from roles such as Insight Planner, User Research, Customer Insight, or Product Insight.

Nice to Have • Product/digital experience

• Public sector exposure
