As an Inside Sales Technical Support you will play a key role in ensuring customers get the most out of Danfoss heating and cooling solutions. By providing expert technical support and resolving after\-sales queries, you will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and long\-term partnerships.
You will become a trusted point of contact for selected products, helping customers navigate technical challenges while supporting energy\-efficient solutions across France. Your work will help ensure our technologies perform reliably in real\-world applications.
Based in Voisins\-le\-Bretonneux (France) , you will collaborate with a diverse, international team and, after an initial onboarding period, benefit from a hybrid way of working aligned with local agreements.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email to deliver timely, accurate technical support.
- Act as a product reference for selected heating and cooling solutions to guide customer decisions.
- Resolve and track customer issues in CRM systems to ensure smooth after\-sales support.
- Collaborate with sales engineers and product specialists to solve complex technical challenges.
- Continuously build product expertise to stay current with solutions and market developments.

- Background or experience in hydraulic heating and/or cooling systems.
- Understanding of heating control principles.
- Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and manage priorities effectively.
- Working proficiency in English and French.
