RFMW is a specialist distributor of RF, microwave and power components, supporting customers across Europe and worldwide. Working with leading manufacturers, we provide technical expertise, supply chain support and commercial solutions to customers operating in demanding and fast\-moving markets.

We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team.

The Role

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting customers, driving sales growth and managing customer relationships across Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers, Product Managers and Field Sales teams to deliver excellent service and achieve business objectives.

What You Will Do

• Support customers with quotations, orders and product enquiries.


• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.


• Drive sales growth through excellent customer service and commercial awareness.


• Work closely with Field Sales, Product Management and internal teams across Europe.


• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within internal systems.


• Continuously develop your product, market and industry knowledge.

• Secondary education or an equivalent qualification demonstrating strong literacy and numeracy skills (for example Realschulabschluss, Mittlere Reife, Fachabitur, Abitur or equivalent).


• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, account management or a similar customer\-facing role is advantageous.


• Experience using CRM, ERP or order processing systems.


• Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.


• Strong English language skills, including reading, writing and speaking, as all internal systems, processes and business communications are conducted in English.


• Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.


• A willingness to learn technical products and develop industry knowledge.

Candidates can expect a minimum of two interviews with a range of stakeholders. Depending on the role, candidates may also be required to complete Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) and General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) assessments as part of the selection process.
