This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance.</p>

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As an ISR SMB, MSP, you will play a critical role in driving Keeper Security’s MSP channel growth within the assigned territory. This position focuses on new partner development, inbound lead qualification, and revenue expansion within small-to-midsized MSP accounts. You will work closely with an MSP Account Manager to ensure comprehensive territory coverage, exceptional partner support, and consistent pipeline growth.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Qualify and respond promptly to inbound leads, ensuring a strong first impression of Keeper’s MSP program and products</li>
<li>Manage day-to-day partner requests for pricing, training, and renewals while identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities</li>
<li>Conduct engaging virtual demos that articulate Keeper’s value in cybersecurity, password management, and privileged access solutions</li>
<li>Research and reach out to potential MSP, MSSP, and Telco partners to generate new pipeline and drive program adoption</li>
<li>Work in tandem with the ISR 2 to transition growing accounts to strategic management while maintaining territory continuity</li>
<li>Participate in sales training and enablement activities to build expertise in Keeper’s portfolio and develop into a future ISR 2</li>
<li>Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and reporting tools to maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy</li>
<li>Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally, nationally, and potentially internationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in inside sales, channel development, or B2B SaaS sales</li>
<li>Foundational knowledge of the MSP and cybersecurity landscape</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously, deadline driven</li>
<li>Comfort with virtual presentations, demos, and CRM-based sales workflows</li>
<li>Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management tool, Salesforce is highly preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite programs preferred</li>
<li>A positive mindset, team-oriented, results driven, and organized</li>
<li>Ambition to grow into a senior sales or strategic account role within Keeper’s MSP organization</li>
<li>Willingness to travel up to 10%</li>
