This is a supporting role with real commercial impact. You help the team stay organized, keep momentum in the sales funnel, and ensure that actions, follow\-ups, and agreements are completed properly. Your role

In this position, you will help keep our commercial engine running smoothly by:

  • Maintaining regular and meaningful contact with Sales Leads (SQLs) and existing customer relations.

  • Re\-engaging prospects and clients to create new commercial opportunities.

  • Supporting the progression of Sales Leads through the sales funnel and helping arrange customer intake interviews.

  • Coordinating preparation, follow\-up, and practical support around meetings and visits.

  • Supporting Outside Sales Reps and Consultants with sales and account management activities.

  • Aligning with Marketing on activities that support sales and market development.

  • Keeping CRM and HubSpot records up to date and ensuring reporting is accurate.

  • Visit fairs and congresses in our market focus segments.
What you bring

We are looking for someone who combines commercial interest with a structured, proactive mindset. You enjoy reaching out, following up, and making sure nothing is left unfinished. You are socially confident, easy to work with, and comfortable communicating with prospects and customers across different channels.

You likely bring

  • A strong interest in sales and commercial support with strong communication skills

  • Confidence in speaking with prospects and customers by phone, video, and e\-mail.

  • Experience in direct sales or a sales related education is a plus, ideally 1/3 years.

  • A proactive, independent, and well\-organized working style.

  • A hands\-on attitude and a natural drive to see things through.

  • Energy, positivity, and the ability to contribute to a team environment.

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

  • Fluent Dutch / German; English is a plus.
