Responsibilities: Sales activity Business development
- Develop a medium and long\-term sales strategy aimed at improving revenue growth within the perimeter.
- Open and develop new commercial accounts
- Prospect prospects to identify and generate sales opportunities (cold calling, emailing, social selling, etc.)
- Prepare and lead sales meetings with potential new customers.
- Cultivate the extra mile spirit in all sales contact points.
- Involved in the Market Intelligence activity, you will participate in the creation of sectoral, technological and competitive market analyses.
- Updating our CRM (Hubspot) and our financial and administrative processes.
- Define the key account management strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue enhancement
- Manage existing customer relationships as the main point of contact

- Help define the recruitment strategy in line with your needs, and guide the recruitment teams to achieve results.
- Participate in the candidate recruitment process through interviews
- Support the recruitment team in the search for and recruitment of profiles
- Manage and monitor relations with the consultants within your scope, defining career paths and guiding the relationship with their clients.

- Operational management of multiple teams (Sales Ops and Recruitment)

- Previous experience in a similar field would be a plus.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
