Job Description
We are looking for a customer\-focused, proactive Inside Sales \& Support Agent to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Lead Management: Qualify high\-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats
- Dealer Assistance: Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics
- CRM \& Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead\-to\-sales conversion
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development
- Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills
- Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level)
- Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and multitasking in a fast\-paced environment
- Permanent, full\-time contract (40h per week)
- Hybrid work model after initial training (1\-2 days WFH).
