SECO Belgium is looking for an Innovation Manager.

As an Innovation Facilitator at SECO Belgium nv**, you act as the key link between clients in the construction sector *(materials, execution)* **with innovative ideas and the organization’s internal technical expertise.

You support companies aiming to bring new products or services to market, with a strong focus on fast, pragmatic, and technically sound solutions, where risk analysis plays a central role.

Your responsibilities :

• Technical\-Commercial Role

+ Proactively approach and identify clients with innovative projects.
+ Understand client needs and translate them into concrete technical solutions.
+ Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
+ Monitor construction\-related regulations and market trends.

• Project Follow\-up \& Accountability

+ Take end responsibility for providing fast and high\-quality customer support.
+ Coordinate short\-term project trajectories *(reactive support)*.
+ Ensure timing, quality, and customer satisfaction are maintained.

• Technical Coordination

+ Engage and manage internal experts with in\-depth technical expertise.
+ Act as the bridge between client requests and technical implementation.
+ Define priorities and allocate resources efficiently.

• Risk Analysis \& Solution Development

+ Structure and perform *(or coordinate)* risk analyses as the foundation for solutions.
+ Identify technical, operational, and market\-related risks.
+ Translate risk insights into well\-founded recommendations and decisions.
+ Ensure solutions are robust, feasible, and market\-oriented.

• Innovation Support

+ Support clients in developing and validating innovative products/services.
+ Contribute to assessing feasibility, applications, and market potential.

Your profile:
-----------------

• Education \& Experience

+ Master’s degree or equivalent through experience in a technical field.
+ Experience in a technical\-commercial role or innovation environment is considered a strong asset.

• Competencies

+ Strong analytical skills and experience with risk analysis.
+ Customer\-oriented with excellent communication skills.
+ Result\-driven and capable of taking ownership.
+ Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
+ Ability to translate technical complexity into clear solutions.
+ Language skills: Dutch / French / English.

• Personality
