Vestiaire Collective is looking for their next Influencer Manager, in our Paris Office.
About the role :
The Influence Manager is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that align with the company's brand strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement. This role is vital in identifying key content creators, managing relationships, negotiating deals, and tracking campaign performance. Crucially, this person will take ownership of campaign processes, comprehensive reporting, and platform partnerships to streamline workflows and enable cross\-functional teams to do their work more easily and efficiently. Furthermore, this individual will take the lead in building and scaling overarching creator and user\-generated content (UGC) strategies to drive authentic, high\-quality brand narratives.
What you’ll Do :
- Creator \& UGC Strategy Development: Design, implement, and refine comprehensive creator strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences. Develop robust content frameworks for influencer partnerships and oversee the production of influencer\-driven creative assets and user\-generated content (UGC). Guide content creators to align with brand messaging while ensuring they retain their unique voice and authenticity.
- Process \& Project Management: Oversee the day\-to\-day operations and execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring that internal teams are working well together and that daily operations run smoothly. Effectively manage campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time, acting as the bridge for internal communications between Creative, Content, Paid Media, and 360 Campaigns teams to streamline their workloads.
- Reporting \& Performance Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, including reach, engagement rate, traffic, conversions, and ROI (Return on Investment). Conduct end\-of\-campaign analysis against business goals and deliver clear reporting to stakeholders, using data insights to optimize future strategies and demonstrate value.
- Platform Partnerships \& Tools: Manage relationships not just with independent influencers and management networks, but also with key platform partners (ShopMy, Kolsquare). Utilize and oversee influencer marketing and analytics platforms to automate processes and streamline workflows for the wider team.
- Influencer Discovery \& Relationship Management: Identify, vet, and recruit influential content creators who align with the brand's values and target audience. Negotiate terms, draft clear contracts, and manage long\-term partnerships while ensuring fair rates for content.
- Content Strategy \& Approval: Provide creative briefs and guide influencers to align with brand messaging. Review and approve all influencer\-generated content to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to legal compliance.
- 3\+ years of proven experience in influence marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of building successful creator strategies, managing influencer\-generated content frameworks, and fostering long\-term creator partnerships.
- Deep knowledge of the creator landscape across Instagram, TikTok, YT.
- Hands\-on experience with influencer marketing platforms.
- Solid understanding of influencer performance metrics
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for drafting agreements, resolving conflicts, and building industry relationships.
- Strong analytical thinking to make data\-driven decisions and translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
- Creative thinker who can balance editorial sensibility with analytical rigour
- Passion for fashion, culture, and the luxury industry; a genuine pulse on what's next
- Curiosity
- English is mandatory, any other European language is a plus.
