Role: Infrastructure \& Operations Specialist – SRE / DevOps / Sysadmin

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

• Minimum 2 years of hands\-on infrastructure/ops experience; recent graduates with demonstrable technical exposure may be considered


• Strong Linux sysadmin background (mandatory — servers, scripting, deep troubleshooting)


• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, load balancing, web service architecture


• Cloud operations experience — GCP preferred, AWS or Azure equally valid (operational, not architectural)


• Kubernetes / container cluster management in production


• Infrastructure as Code — Terraform or equivalent


• Shell scripting \+ Python / Go / Perl for automation


• Experience with or curiosity about AI tools (Microsoft/Google ecosystems, MCP/AI agents as operator)


• Fluent in Portuguese and English (both required)
